Our Mission

CTCO is fully determent on working for empowerment of poor and marginalized communities via implementation of capacity building, humanitarian response, social and development projects, awareness and recognition of natural resources and its management.

Who We Are & What We Do

CTCO is a non-profit, non-political organization dedicated to alleviating the suffering of Afghanistan's most vulnerable, especially women and children. Founded in 2019, we work in alignment with the United Nations' humanitarian and development goals to bring lasting change to our communities.

Founder & Chairman

Sayed Noorullah Baies: was been born in 1987 in Badakhshan, Afghanistan. He holds a diploma in Management from the Kabul Institute of Management and Accountancy and has a bachelor degree in Persian Language and Literature from Badakhshan University. He has a wide range experience of working in different national and international organization, such Concern Worldwide as social worker, Mercy Corps as monitoring and evaluation assistant, TEFA as provincial coordinator, member "Youth Contact Group" for several years, and CEO of Creative Think for Change Organization (CTCO) based in Badakhshan Province.

Meet Our Experts

Mr. Irshad Ahadi

Designation: Education Advisor

Born in 1992, holds a Bachelor's degree from Badakhshan University. He's certified in Cambridge-Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) from the University of Central Asia. With extensive training in various fields including pedagogy and digital learning, he has worked in roles ranging from project administration to English language instruction and syllabus development for both national and international organizations.

Mr. Paiman Babak

Designation: Program Management Specialist

Born in Takhar, Afghanistan, in 1987, Mr. Babak has an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Mysore, India, and a Bachelor's in Literature and Human Science from Takhar University. Experienced in government and NGOs, he specializes in HR, Project Management, Proposal Writing, Conflict Resolution, Capacity Building, Communication, and System Administration.

Mrs. Nooria Osmani

Designation: Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Born in Badakhshan, Afghanistan, she holds a degree in Social Science from the Sociology Department of Badakhshan University. Additionally, she has received development training from various institutions. Mrs. Osmani has extensive experience with national and international organizations, including roles as an M&E Officer at BVWO, an English Instructor at LEAP, and a Senior Trainer at Y-PEER.

Ms. Mahdeya Hadi

Designation: Communication Officer

Born in Badakhshan, she holds a degree in Literature from Kabul University of Afghanistan and a diploma from a one-year diplomatic and political course at the Institute of Diplomacy. She has experience working with both governmental and non-governmental organizations in Afghanistan, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan, and has worked as a spokesperson and reporter for Story Magazine.
